RECOGNITION OF NEW BREEDS & COLOURS

1.1 Recognition only possible by decision of the General Assembly<\/strong>
A new breed may only be recognized by voting of the General Assembly, after the judges\u2019 commission had been heard.<\/p>

1.2\u00a0 Necessary documents
<\/strong>The applying club may send the following documents to the general secretary to be forwarded to the chairman of the judges\u2019 commission:<\/p>

  1. Report about the origin, history, genetics and breeding rules of the breed<\/li>
  2. Proposed standard<\/li>
  3. Pedigrees<\/li>
  4. Pictures of the cats, where the single parts of the body can be clearly seen<\/li><\/ol>

    1.3\u00a0 Recognition show
    <\/strong>It is a further condition to organize a recognition show.
    The proposed place and date of this show have to be attached to the forwarded documents.<\/p>

    The chairman of the Judges- and Pedigree Registration Commission will announce two judges from the Judges Commission,
    who will participate in the recognition show.<\/p>

    The club has to present at least 15 cats to both judges in the recognition show, the cats presented must have
    a complete pedigree with 4 generations.
    At least 7 cats must have a pedigree with 3 generations pure bred.<\/p>

    1.4\u00a0 Report about the recognition show
    <\/strong>The judges involved will evaluate the cats making a written report and will send their report to the chairman of the judges\u2019 commission
    not later than one month after the recognition show.If necessary, a revised standard will be attached to their report.<\/p>

    1.5 Acknowledgement of the standard
    <\/strong>The final standard will be acknowledged in a meeting of the judges\u2019 commission and will be proposed to the next general assembly
    for voting upon it.<\/p>

    2.\u00a0 Recognition of new colour varieties for already existing breeds<\/strong><\/p>

    2.1\u00a0 Recognition only possible by decision of the general assembly
    <\/strong>A new colour variety for an already existing breed may only be recognized by voting of the general assembly,
    after the judges\u2019 commission had been heard.<\/p>

    2.2\u00a0 Necessary documents
    <\/strong>The applying club may send the following documents to the general secretary to be forwarded to the chairman of the judges\u2019 commission:<\/p>

    1. Report about the origin, history, genetics and breeding rules of the colour varieties<\/li>
    2. Description of the colour varieties, or name of the colour varieties according to the existing list of colour varieties<\/li>
    3. Pedigrees<\/li>
    4. Pictures of the cats, where the colour varieties can be clearly seen<\/li><\/ol>

      2.3\u00a0 Recognition show
      <\/strong>It is a further condition to organize a recognition show.
      The proposed place and date of this show have to be attached to the forwarded documents.<\/p>

      The chairman of the Judges- and Pedigree Registration Commission will announce two WCF judges,
      who will participate in the recognition show, at least one of them from the Judges’ Commission.<\/p>

      The club has to present at least 15 cats to both judges in the recognition show,
      the cats presented must have a complete pedigree with 4 generations.<\/p>

      2.4\u00a0 Report about the recognition show
      <\/strong>The judges involved will evaluate the cats making a written report and will send their report to the chairman of the judges\u2019 commission
      not later than one month after the recognition show. If necessary, a revised description of the colour varieties will be attached to their report.<\/p>

      2.5\u00a0 Acknowledgement of the description of the colour varieties
